White-label or rewards as a service? Choosing your track.

Two ways to partner with Kaman, one merchant network. A side-by-side look at who owns what, integration effort and time to launch.

Kaman offers two commercial models. Both include the same merchant network and the same subscription; what changes is who owns the experience.

Track A: White-label loyalty

Your brand, our engine. Launch a complete loyalty and rewards programme carrying your logo, colours and domain, for employees, clients or both in one system. You own the brand and the relationship; Kaman runs the platform, the merchant network and every redemption behind it.

  • Best for companies with no rewards programme, or one they want to replace.
  • No integration effort: Kaman configures and launches it.
  • Typical launch: weeks, not quarters.

Track B: Rewards as a service

Keep your system, add the rewards. If you already run an HR platform, a points scheme or a benefits portal, Kaman becomes the rewards supplier behind it, delivering vouchers, gift cards, savings programmes and the merchant catalogue through an API, a bulk upload or an admin console.

  • Best for companies with an existing HR, ERP or loyalty system that works, and a rewards catalogue that doesn’t.
  • Integration through 14 partner API endpoints and 6 signed webhook event types.
  • Typical launch: days once keys are issued.

Not sure?

Most partners start on Track B and move to a white-label programme once redemption volume proves the case. Because both tracks run on the same platform, moving between them doesn’t mean starting over.

Let’s build this together.
